With a background in nonprofit management, education and a commitment to promoting health and wellness, Keiz has dedicated her career to making a positive impact on the lives of others. Helping others learn and grow is her life’s calling, alongside caring for others. Under her guidance, the YMCA of Rapid City continues its long tradition of offering innovative programs and services that enrich the lives of individuals and families throughout the community. She lives by the motto, “Be a Good Human” and proudly embraces the title “Chief Problem Solver.” Keiz's strategic vision, coupled with her dedication to fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration, has positioned the YMCA of Rapid City as a cornerstone of community empowerment and well-being.
