Welcome to November Bend Yoga at Sun King Mishawaka!
Come join us for a rejuvenating yoga session on Sun, Nov 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Sun King Mishawaka. This event is the perfect opportunity for moms to relax, unwind, and connect with their inner self.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all levels are welcome!

Other Yoga Details:
• Tickets are $20 for the class and includes Pint of Year-Round or Seasonal Beer
• Ticket includes class at Sun King Mishawaka + additional class hosted at Bend Yoga (to be redeemed at a later date).
• Attendees need to bring their own mat and water bottle. Comfy/loose clothes are recommended.
• Waiver must be signed to participate.
• Must be 21+ to participate.
• Doors open at 9:30 am. Class will begin promptly at 10am.
