He has been in the 1031 industry for over 28 years and holds the designation of Certified Exchange Specialist, a designation held by less than 200 people in the Nation. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States giving thousands of informative and entertaining presentations to attorneys, CPAs, Realtors, commercial brokers, and investors.
