This is a tailgate Swap. It is open to the public. No buying or selling is allowed. Plants in vehicles, including truck beds, are off-limits. Plants at rear of vehicles which are not attended are understood to be 'up for grabs'. Please do not be greedy. If plants are attended, ask what the terms are before taking them. If you have prearranged Swaps, you can request an assigned parking spot to make it easier to connect with your fellow swappers. No swapping is allowed before 10 AM, except that prearranged swaps can be fulfilled early.
