Our First November 12 Presenter: Dr. Bhangra of True Gem Smiles
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Bhangra, founder of True Gem Smiles in Leesburg, to the 1 Million Cups Loudoun stage!
True Gem Smiles opened its doors in March 2025, bringing compassionate, patient-centered dental care to the community. Dr. Bhangra’s focus is on creating a comfortable, trustworthy environment where every patient leaves with a confident smile — and a true sense of care.
As a startup, Dr. Bhangra’s current goal is growth — getting more people to come in, learn about the practice, and spread the word. She’s working hard on marketing but is looking for insight from our community:

- How can a new business best reach and engage its local audience?
- What creative ideas could help True Gem Smiles stand out?
