About this Event
Strong and Lean Circuit Training Class: A popular class that mixes bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. These classes are designed to be different all the time and keep you guessing for the ultimate challenge. We have lots of fun and the trainer will modify as needed for safe and effective workouts for all.
Morning Flow Yoga: This class will guide you through building a foundation of flexibility, balance and strength. Challenge your mind and body with sequences that focus on breathing and movement. You will learn to refine postures, move beyond the limitations of the body and connect intuitively with the mind. Please bring a yoga mat and water!
Optional: Straps and yoga blocks.
