Info: When you walk in, you'll check-in with our team who will gather your information and help direct you to one of our wonderful recruiters.
Interview with a Recruiter
Info: When you connect with one of our Recruiters they will go over your resume and address any roles you may have applied into as well as any new roles you may have interest in and are qualified for. Our goal is to interview you on the spot for a role we've identified as your best fit. After this brief interview, we'll ask you to grab a snack and fill out a quick questionnaire before your final interview.
Interview with a Senior Nurse Hiring Manager or Unit Manager
Info: One of our Senior Nurse Hiring Managers or Unit Managers will interview you for the role we've helped you select. They'll ask you some questions about your clinical experience and what motivates you to work with our patients here at Novant.
Unit Tour
Info: After your interview, if the unit you've interviewed for is located at the facility, we will have you go tour the unit and meet with the leader. If the unit is located at another facility of ours, the Senior Nurse Hiring Manager or Recruiter you interviewed with will help schedule this tour for you.
