The Nova Scotia Nonsuch Association is hosting a get-together at the Armdale Yacht Club on Friday, November 8. Hopefully, most will be done sailing by this time and can meet with other sailors and talk about the past season and all things Nonsuch. We will be having a presentation by a representative of the Mahone Islands Conservation Association ([https://mahoneislands.ns.ca/](https://mahoneislands.ns.ca/)) who will provide us with information on their ongoing efforts to preserve Islands in the Mahone Bay / Chester area for public use. Of particular relevance to sailors will be details on the moorings the group has placed around many islands in the area over the last few years.
