Join Tara, Katie & Juli as we guide you through a Nourishing, Consensual Sensory Touch experience.
This is a space a to give and receive touch that is fully clothed & non-sexual through embodied consent. There is no nudity or genital touch.
When fully realised, touch can be so nourishing that it elicits a high natural level of oxytocin, offering you a state of pure Bliss.
This is an experience of moving slowly and coming into your body, allowing connection & joyful relaxation.
We will practice embodied consent and communication skills to foster connection & trust.
As we get to know each other and establish our desired boundaries, there will be space to enjoy a full senosry experience of connected nourishing touch.
We are excited to be offering this practice as part of the Charlotte Women's Circle gatherings.
