With our keynote speaker, Sandrine Staco, we will explore how to honor Black culinary traditions, celebrating their rich heritage and cultural significance, while assessing nutrition from a healthcare professional's perspective to promote health and well-being. It will also be an opportunity to view captivating collage art by Taina Mueth and enjoy food.
