Creativity is the green fuse that makes life vibrant, yet it is easily lost in becoming and being an adult. This course allows you to begin or renew a relationship with the creative impulse, its inner wildness, its certainty, its sense of adventure and knowing. Are there pieces of yourself that you have shut down? Do you feel stuck and dull? Overwhelmed? Here is a gentle beginning toward the unfolding of a personal roadmap back to the innate creativity within. Personal reflection, discussion, a little writing, a bit of movement will all be guides that can lead you back home to yourself.

Do not overthink but go on impulse: Please bring a small object representing yourself. It can be anything.
