Inviting you into an afternoon cocoon of soft and tender heart opening.
Through the medicine of Cacao (ceremonial grade pure-chocolate), nourishing heart-centred yoga, guided meditation & embodiment practices; along with a dream song drum journey, on the afternoon of Sunday 5th May we will dive into a river of heart-expanding soothing nectar.
Beltane is upon us. In order to open to the New Life, Fertility and Joy available to us at this time, we need to receive. By filling our cup, we revitalise our entire being.

The heart is our wise guide, inviting us to soften and at the same time bloom like a rose.
When we nourish our hearts, we nourish our soul.
When we listen to our hearts, we manifest our dreams.
When we honour our hearts, we honour our soul truth.
No previous experience is necessary, simply a sense of intrigue and a longing to open and rest.
