This sound bath was created just for you—the mothers, the teachers, the caregivers, the first responders, the chronic illness warriors, the ones holding space for others day after day. Whether you're supporting aging parents, guiding students, working in healthcare, managing a household, or navigating your own healing journey, this experience is here to help replenish what life has worn thin.

✨Sound therapy offers a way to invite a time of harmony and balance for the body, allowing your body to focus its energy on restoration.
Benefits of Sound Therapy include:

Reduction of stress, anxiety, fatigue, and depression

Promotes restful sleep
This Sound Bath will feature Crystal Singing Bowls and various other instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
This Sound Bath will be a lying-down experience. Yoga mats(to lay on, No movement practice), blankets, and a small bolster will be provided. You may bring any additional props, such as a pillow or blankets for your comfort. Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.
While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.
Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:15 pm. Please do not knock.
Please note that a sound bath provided by Serenity Sounds is intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. However, sound therapy is a complementary practice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
