HerVibe is thrilled to collaborate with Sadiya Croshaw for her seasonal “Nourish Your Soul” workshop! This special winter event is inspired by the Water Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, offering a space to reflect, restore, and recharge as we embrace the energy of the season.
This afternoon gathering includes:
- A deeply restorative Yin Yoga Flow, focusing on the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians to promote balance and vitality.
- A calming Yoga Nidra and Breathwork session to cultivate stillness and inner warmth.
- Gentle hands-on assists and soothing essential oils to enhance relaxation.
- A specially crafted tea blend from Kristini’s Teas and comforting seasonal bites.
- Reflective journaling and intention-setting to help you step into the new year with clarity and flow.
Heads up! This is a collaborative event, so there may be some men in attendance—but rest assured, the vibe will be checked. (; Bring your coziest clothes, a journal, and, if you’d like, an eye pillow or sleep mask to make your Yoga Nidra experience even more relaxing!
