- Mindful Soup Tasting Ceremony: Immerse yourself in the art of mindful eating as we share Miyeok guk, the nutrient-rich traditional Korean Seaweed soup provided by . Learn how to engage all your senses in the eating process, promoting the mindful experience of food as medicine.
- Guided Meditation: Relax and restore with a meditation practice lead by specifically designed to support women’s health. The meditation will touch up the unique needs of women during the sacred windows of menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. This calming session will focus on self-awareness, stress reduction, and cultivating inner balance.
