About this Event
This 1-hour inspiring nutrition workshop will change the way you think about food and your health. In a world that makes good health difficult to achieve and unnecessarily complicated, this evidence-based workshop removes the overwhelm and provides a personalised route back to sustainable health.
You’ll discover your drive to eat and live well, the power of food and 3 simple ways to develop your healthy eating habits. To apply this knowledge right away, you’ll be encouraged to write an achievable personal health goal, to guide you towards your healthiest potential. A simple 1 minute breathing exercise will be shared to help you lower levels of stress, improve mood and boost digestion, just in time for lunch!
Shortly following on, you’ll experience a short food demonstration on how to create a nutrient-dense and energising lunch, whilst tucking into your very own nourishing lunchbox. Enjoy along with a selection of home-made organic refreshments and recipe handouts.
Towards the end there’ll be an opportunity for group discussions and Q & A, to generate ideas on how to apply these choices into your own life. You’ll leave feeling naturally re-energised, motivated to make change and excited to take the next step towards your health and happiness.
