This is a safe and sacred space for women to simply be—remembering there is nothing to fix, nothing to change. Whether it’s your first time or your 100th gathering in this way, you are always welcome. Together, we’ll explore mindful movement and dance that integrate, align, and promote self-expression, self-discovery, and personal growth. This is the soul-centered purpose of our time together.
At its heart, it’s simple—come move and dance with us. There are no steps to follow, only mindful invitations to explore unchoreographed movement through our bodies. Through supportive exercises and practices, we create space for whatever is moving through us. Whether it’s movement or stillness, the conscious practice of allowing, noticing, and following brings us closer to alignment with our Selves.
Led by Christina Fanizzi, Open Floor is a style of conscious dance that helps us resource ourselves through universal principles like grounding, centering, pausing, and spatial awareness. These principles will guide and support us throughout the four winter sessions.
Each session concludes with a circle, an invitation to share whatever is stirring within. This is a time to be witnessed, heard, and held in the warmth and wisdom of sisterhood. Nothing more. Nothing less.
