Nourish - From the Inside Out Retreat. A Holistic Day of Natural Care…

After the wonderful success of our half-day workshop, we've been asked to go bigger and better! So here it is!
Join us for an holistic day that brings positive and sustainable change to your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Spend the day with me, Yolanda, and Louise, to experience how easy it is to bring life-changing habits to your daily life through practices of natural self-care.

Louise is a Nutrition & Juice Therapist and a Fitness Instructor, and will introduce you to the gorgeousness of freshly-pressed juices for optimal nutrient delivery.

And I am a Somatic Attachment Therapist (Trauma), and Positive Intelligence & Conscious Life Coach, who also happens to love organic skincare and fascial release to reduce, and even eliminate, tension headaches.

So you’re in good hands for this day of conscious healing using nature and natural energy.

Wake up with a cleansing and warming Ginger Shot and get your blood flowing in Louise’s Morning Movement class. Morning movement is so important for oxygen and nutrient delivery to your organs and muscles.

Refresh with a Mineral Green juice - you’ll be amazed how moorish it is! You’ll have opportunity to ask Louise, a very knowledgable plant-based nutritionist, all your questions about the why, when & how of juice therapy. It really is fascinating!

Joining us is Sylwia from La Viva Yoga, introducing you to the traditional spirit of yoga. Not just making shapes, but connecting with breath, energy and your inner balance in the tradition of Hatha - the balance of opposite energies yin/yang, masculine/feminine, sun/moon, active/rest. Its purpose lies in preparing the body and mind for deeper meditative states.

Enjoy a plant-rich Buddha bowl for lunch, followed by bare-foot grounding whilst enjoying sweet treats and a beautifully deep-red Digestive Juice for maximal absorption.

Then with Yolanda, a facial with organic botanical skincare. The aromas are just wonderful and a joy to the senses. During this self-administered treat, Yolanda will show you methods for releasing fascial (connective tissue) tension from shoulders, neck, scalp & face to reduce tightness and headaches. And thrown in, some face yoga and facial muscle toning practices to lift and revitalise the skin.

To complete your healing, from the inside out, Yolanda will guide you through a deeply restorative Journeying Meditation designed to help you rest & feel invigorated. You may even meet someone special on your way. There’ll be time at the end for some journeying if you feel called to write.

To end the day, Louise will have prepared a comforting natural lemonade. You’ll get your goodie bags, full of little treasures to enjoy when you get home.
