No matter, I got you covered! 🤗This new Winter edition offering of Phoenix Transform’s “Nourish By Breath” comprises morning class options focusing on uplifting and energizing practices, through the “Sun Class,” and later afternoon class options focusing on relaxing and calming practices, through the “Moon Class.”
These are the kinds of class where you show up, come as you are, you don't have to talk to anyone (unless you want to), you get comfy and relax, and you are guided through some practices and given time to explore them to utilize their benefits. Come to one class or come to multiple; it’s up to you!

Life is stressful enough, take a break with me and give your Nervous System Care with "Nourish By Breath." These Breathwork Classes are special in that they are limited to only 2-4 people for a very small intimate healing atmosphere. $33 Pre-Registration for each class is required by QR Code. Or message me for an invoice link that will take you to various payment options.
There will be more reminders emailed out to participants the day before the class. Feel free to message me questions of any kind regarding any contemplations over attendance, what you may expect, or guidance in signing up.
