About this Event
Frequency & Flow’s Nourish & Restore experience is designed to ground and rebalance your body, mind, and heart. Blending the grounding yoga practice led by Zoe and the frequencies of therapeutic sound played by Maisie, you will be led through an afternoon of restoration and soul nourishment.
During this session, Zoe will guide an all-levels vinyasa & yin yoga practice, leading a carefully designed and grounding vinyasa flow inspired by the Earth element, moving into nourishing yin/restorative postures, encouraging a release of tension and surrender, accompanied by a chorus of gentle singing bowls played by Maisie.
Following this, Maisie will amplify the slower, grounding energy of Autumn through an intentionally curated sound journey. Using the therapeutic frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, and her voice, you will be safely guided to a place of complete relaxation. Every instrument is selected and played to assist the benefits of Zoe’s yoga flow.
Sacred cleansing tools such as Palo Santo and White Sage will be used throughout to assist this multi-sensory journey.
There will be some yoga mats provided, please let us know in the booking form if you’re bringing your own. We also encourage you to bring extra pillows, eye masks or anything else you would like to make your experience as comfortable as possible!

Zoe is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Co-founder of Frequency & Flow Events. Zoe specialises in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga and completed her teacher training in India. Since then, Zoe has been teaching yoga full-time in studios across Greater Manchester.
Cultivating an inclusive and relaxed atmosphere in her classes, and welcoming people of all experience levels, Zoe strives to make yoga accessible for everyone with a calming and grounded approach.
Expect creative and nourishing yoga flows with plenty of support and guidance, rooted in the traditions of yoga. Zoe’s practice will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed, giving you the space to connect with your body, mind and spirit.

Maisie is a CMA Accredited Sound Healer, Founder of House of May Wellbeing and Co-Founder of Frequency & Flow Events. Her mission is to create safe spaces for seekers along their journey of self-discovery in the modern world.
Combining the use of the gong, crystal singing bowls, her voice, and accompanying shamanic instruments, Maisie guides listeners on a journey through their inner landscapes, encouraging self-inquiry and self-acceptance.
Maisie's sound baths are a place for you to witness yourself fully, with love and compassion.
