Our everyday lives are built on Go, Go, Go. Most don't understand that their health begins to decline because they have forgotten or have never been taught to properly take care of their own mind, body, and spirit.Doc Golob and Candice May will focus on helping you to "let go of control" and get back to a base level so real healing and rejuvenation of your body can take place.
You receive two private sessions daily with Doc Golob and engage in small groups with Tai Chi, breathing, and movement classes.
You will enjoy nourishing food prepared and presented family-style by Candice May and receive a personal diary and mini-cookbook from the retreat.
Healing takes tons of work. There will be quiet natural spaces and downtime along with activities measured for optimum results.
