Nourish & Emerge is a deeply restorative day retreat, guided by six experienced practitioners in holistic wellbeing. Held within the sanctuary of Nourish Holistic Wellbeing & Healing Centre, this immersive day invites you to pause, soften, and reset as we gently transition from the stillness of winter into the emergence of spring.Through a carefully curated journey of heart-centred practices, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and create space for renewal, clarity, and calm.
Throughout the day, you’ll be fully nourished with a homemade, wholesome lunch, fresh fruit to enjoy between sessions, and unlimited herbal teas. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to help you feel held, supported, and deeply cared for.
