Welcome to Nourish & Breathe, a health & wellness event where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Join Sam (Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach) and Jasmin (Certified Breathwork Coach) at the Studios at Vic Park for morning of nourishing self-care. As you arrive, you can enjoy some fresh local coffee while talking to us and the other attendees. Sam will then take you through a discussion on holistic nutrition, focusing on how we can support and nourish the body from the inside out, emphasizing how food can truly be your most potent medicine. Attendees will also learn practical strategies for mindful eating, and meal prepping. Participants will have a moment to stretch and refresh before diving into a transformatie breathwork session with Jasmin. This powerful practice will help release stuck energy and foster a deeper sense of clarity and connection with yourself.
