About this Event
What would it be like to befriend our grief? What if we made space for it and welcomed it in with compassion and gentleness, curiosity and warmth instead of pushing it away? Or trying to move on, like society tells us to do? How might we make more room for our difficult emotions if we knew we weren't alone but being held by a community who sees and empathizes with our pain? In this monthly gathering, sponsored by Black Lotus Holistic Health Collective, grief coach Naila Francis of This Hallowed Wilderness will hold space for you to share and express your varied experiences of grief and loss. Monthly sessions will include meditation, writing, storytelling and ritual practices to help you connect with your grief.
This will be a nurturing time to reflect, connect and receive some support.
Dress comfortably and please bring a journal and pen.
