A couple of years ago, Notts K*ll Team began hosting tournaments, starting with a festive themed Christmas event. It was a huge success and ever since then it’s become an integral part of our event calendar!
Our Christmas events are intended to be less of a super serious competitive event, and more of an exercise in sharing in the festive spirit, hanging out with fellow K*ll Teamers and wearing gaudy Christmas attire.
That doesn’t mean that the event won’t be competitive - it just means that we’d rather you came along to have a cool time playing a game you love, during the season of goodwill - rather than heading over to mercilessly crush any and all opponents in your path (that’s a sure fire way to end up on the naughty list!)
We will endeavour to have as equal a split as possible of all of the current tournament legal K*ll Zones. However, as we rely heavily on crowd sourcing terrain, the number of available K*ll zones may vary on the day.
Missions will be selected from the most recent Approved Ops mission pack.
All new rules and balance changes will be in effect on the day of the tournament. There is no cut off period. (This is at the organiser's discretion, and in the case of a glut of last minute rules changes, we reserve the right not to use those rules)
Pairings and Placing metrics will be:
Tournament Points -> Opp. win % -> Total VP

08:30-09:00 Check In
09:00-11:00 Round 1 ()
11:15-13:15 Round 2 ()
13:15-14:00 Lunch (public voted painting)
14:00-16:00 Round 3 ()
16:15-18:15 Round 4 ()
18:30-19:00 Awards / Finish
Players will be required to bring any models they need, as well as any accompanying rules, dice, barricades, equipment upgrades and tokens for their own K*ll Team. There will be no minimum painting requirements for the event. Proxies and conversions are acceptable, so long as the models are clearly identifiable. If in doubt, please contact the organiser ([email protected]) before the event.

There will be an additional costume / festive related prize up for grabs. Details will be available closer to the time.
