The Trust Board has officially endorsed the Workforce Inclusion Strategy, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organisation.
This conference would showcase the Launch of the Workforce Inclusion Strategy, Revised Values and Behaviours and Staff networks. It will also serve as a platform for Divisions to highlight and celebrate an inclusion initiative.
