For September we’re back to the Greeks - this time for Natalie Haynes' fantastic book on greek goddesses, 'Divine Might'. Haynes manages to combine huge amounts of research with a plethora of pop culture references and a wicked sense of humour, so I think this will be a fun one. If you’ve not heard her podcast ‘Natalie Haynes Stands Up for the Classics’ give that a listen and you’ll know what I mean. As ever with this book group only you don’t have to read it cover to cover if you don’t want to, or you don’t have time. Likewise, feel free to come with a book full of page flags and notes all the way through if that’s your style!
