About this Event
The great superpower of great improvisers is not the ability to be clever or “interesting” but to notice and build with what exists.
In this class, we’ll slow things down and sharpen this core improv skill: noticing. Understand what listening really entails, and what can get in the way. Practice expanding your awareness, picking up on small details, and letting those details guide the scene.
When you notice more, you don’t have to work as hard. Scenes feel more grounded. Choices feel clearer. And connection happens naturally.
You’ll explore:
• Listening for more than just information.
• Letting go of planning and trusting the moment
• Using silence, pacing, and focus to strengthen scenes
• Building scenes together instead of trying to “make” something happen.
This class is great for improvisers of all levels who want to feel more relaxed, present, and connected on stage.
