Join us at Ballad Brewing for our Open Mic Qualifying Round. Doors and Sign Up are 6pm, First Up shortly after. You will perform in front of the Live Audience and our Panel of Judges.
3 Contestants will be selected from each of our Taprooms (Lynchburg, Farmville, Danville) to compete in the Finale Round in May, the Winner will receive recording sessions at Noteworthy Music Studios in Bedford. Your music will then be featured on Radio434!
The Open Mic Qualifying Round is an Acoustic &/or Lightly Electric set up. We will provide the PA, Mixer, Mics & Stands. Please bring your own instruments and cables to plug into our mixer. (no drum kits please) light percussion if needed for your performance. Groups as well as Solo acts are encouraged to join us, just understand the changeovers will be quick and set up minimal.
Invite your Friends, Family, & Fans as some points will be awarded by our Audience!!! The Judges decisions will be FINAL though.
