In the AZREIA Notes Subgroup you will learn about investing in promissory notes secured by real estate. You will learn the difference between performing and non-performing notes as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each. You will have the opportunity to network and do business with other note investors. We also pride ourselves in being our own mentoring group, learning from each other. We bring in industry experts as guest speakers so you can learn about things like IRA investing, insurance requirements, title and escrow processes, methods used by successful note investors, etc. Come join us in the paper side of real estate where you become the bank.Subgroups are an important benefit of AZREIA membership. Guests are welcome to attend one time to understand what the group is about. There is a $20 guest fee to attend.
