Notes of Stillness is a monthly collaboration between Allizen and Mike Esses, blending the ethereal tones of ambient guitar with the healing resonance of sound bowls, chimes, and other instruments—layered with the gentle magic of curated aromatherapy.
What to Expect
Under the soft morning light in the greenhouse, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through:
- Ambient guitar soundscapes by Mike Esses
- Therapeutic frequencies from crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes played by Allizen
- Aromatherapy intentionally chosen to support nervous system regulation, heart opening, and emotional balance
This is a sensory journey for both mind and body, designed to help you:
- Calm the nervous system
- Release stored tension and emotional heaviness
- Deepen self-connection and intuitive clarity
- Invite stillness and presence into your month ahead
