Notary Public Preparatory is an on-campus, 16-session (48 contact hours) course that provides preparation for Louisiana's State Notary exam that is given no less than twice a year. This course prepares you for the final state exam of the year on September 15, 2024. Class discussions will focus on the transactions that notaries are authorized to draft and execute as granted by Louisiana law. The transactions include but are not limited to: mortgages, immovable property conveyances, motor vehicle conveyances, leases, contracts, legal descriptions, successions, wills, trusts, and community property regime. The Louisiana court system and the Notary Public's role within that system will be included in the discussion. Tuition: $625
