Hannah Freeze (https://linktr.ee/hannahfreeze)
Hannah is a Canadian singer/songwriter from the small town of Sussex, New Brunswick. In 2015 she released an EP titled, "Sing for me," with her partner, Jake, performing as the duo, "Jake and Hannah." Now, she writes music as a solo artist, using songwriting as a tool for processing her journey into motherhood during the pandemic. In the small, and often hard to capture moments, she reflects, processes, and expresses life's ups and downs with music. It's therapy really.
