Looking for Meals With Meaning? Come and join the NOSH team for a gastronomic experience with a difference at EJaradini, the home of the Culinary Passions School of Hospitality. You'll be treated to a spectacular three-course (last time it was 7!) meal expertly prepared and presented by the Chefs, lecturers and World Skills students, utilising salvaged and rescued foodstuffs that would otherwise have gone to waste. You will see that that even unloved produce, in the hands of skilled and talented culinary professionals, can shine and delight!
We are hosting this event in conjunction with the MaMaayho Festival of Pelepele - so come early to give yourself a chance to browse the vendor stalls, discover some new fiery favourites or acquire seeds and perhaps brave the chilli eating competition - not for the faint of heart though!
here will be a cash bar should you wish to numb any residual chilli-burn with and Adult Beverage ;-)
We need you! Your support helps us do more of what we do while you get to be entertained and learn how and why we NOSH… and hopefully gain inspiration on how you can perhaps get involved going forward!
