Celebrate spooky season in the Halloween Capital of Connecticut, the City of NorWITCH, at the 2025 Halloween Strut - a Food and Fun Festival.Visit downtown Norwich and "STRUT" around in costume while eating at one of the great local restaurants and/or food truck vendors. Enjoy all the family-friendly activities such as performances by dancing witches, a magic show, an outdoor movie, a children's playhouse village, a mini corn maze, an eerie art gallery exhibit, and youth and adult cackling and costume contests. There will also be a Thriller Flash Mob sometime during the evening and so many other surprises. It's going to be a SPOOKTACULAR time!
Are you a food, craft or another type of vendor and want to participate in the street festival? Vendor applications are now available!
