After the success of last year I'm hosting another open lineage Chi Sao gathering at Copperdot Studio in Norwich. Training from 12pm until 4pm.
Pay £5 on the day. Please ensure you have private sports insurance covering potential injury.
There's camping nearby and a broad with plenty of activities for those who want to make a weekend of it.
