Are you passionate about herbalism, or simply curious to learn more about the healing power of local plants? Join our monthly Herbalist Group and dive deep into the world of herbal medicine, guided by Eva Nyrie Garrett, Master Herbalist and Naturopath.

What We Offer:

• Explore a different local herb every month, including Elderberry, Motherwort, Goldenrod, Yellow Dock, Dandelion, Mullein, Creeping Charlie, Elecampane, Yarrow, Catnip, Echinacea, and Stinging Nettles.
• Learn the history, medicinal uses, and preparation techniques for each herb.
• Participate in hands-on workshops to create herbal medicines such as syrups, tinctures, balms, tonics, and teas.
• Dive into plant identification and foraging techniques, focusing on ethical and sustainable harvesting.
• Receive a personalized Herbal Journal to document your learnings, experiments, and reflections.
• Enjoy guest appearances from experienced herbalists who will share their unique knowledge and techniques.
