Kirtan is singing involving call and response mantra chanting with musical accompaniment. Lift your voice and lift your heart!
Our event is particularly welcoming to beginners and people of all abilities. Whether you want to try out; leading, following or just listening. It is a safe space to try things out.
The mantras that we chant are mainly drawn from Sanskrit, the ancient language of India, but lyrics and song from all cultures and traditions are welcome.
