The Northpoint on Jarvis Creek neighborhood is the Town of Hilton Head Island and OneStreet Residential, LLC's public-private partnership strategy to facilitate sustainable workforce housing on more than 11 acres of Town-owned property located at 100 Northpoint Circle.The initiative will help address the Island's need for more housing for its workforce and at the same time, create a vibrant, well-constructed and livable neighborhood.
