On the menu tonight:
Ceviche de camarón: marinated shrimp over citric in this case lime juice, served with cucumber, red onions, tomatos and Serrano peppers
Birria de Res: is a meat stew made from beef in the north, the meat is marinated in an adobo made of vinegar, dried chiles, garlic, and herbs and spices,including cumin, bay leaves, and thyme
Tortillas from scratch, to go with the Birria. Take turns at trying to make your own tortillas!
Pan de elote: This gluten free cake is a staple of lots of coffees shops in the north part of mexico, served with chipping cream, roasted pecans and cajeta)
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
