The Northern Ireland Open 2026 will be held at Thornhill College in Derry/Londonderry on 24/25 January 2026.
£30 single weapon fee.
Entries close 11pm Wednesday 21 January 2026.

NI-resident members should have valid British Fencing membership on the day of competition.
Fencing Ireland members must also have valid British Fencing membership on the day of competition (). Fencing Ireland members should create a British Fencing profile (click on the BF link above for the registration process) then add a membership with the following options:
Home Country: Northern Ireland
Membership Type: Northern Ireland – Fencing Ireland Associate Membership
This is an annual membership, meaning that the fencer can compete in all NI-based competitions for 12 months. Once complete, you can then enter the competition using the link above.

Fencers must be at least 14 years old on the day of competition.
This competition is being run in accordance with British Fencing policies and guidelines (https://www.britishfencing.com/policy-zone/general-policies/). By entering the competition you agree to abide by those policies, in particular the British Fencing Fair Play Code (https://www.britishfencing.com/policy-zone/fair-play-code/) and you will ask any friends, family and supporters accompanying you to do the same.
