Formed in 2020 Northern Air is a fusion of country, folk, roots, and Americana. Featuring singer-songwriters Shayne Lazarowich and Dara Schindleka, the duo has performed at the SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival as well as in countless backyards, house concerts, and intimate venues throughout Saskatchewan. Dara and Shayne are pleased to make their Bassment debut as they release their self-titled first recording, Northern Air. Singer-songwriting trio Lois Fisher-Underwood, Darryl Dozlaw, and Joe Callahan share the stage for the opening set.
