Our open workout for new players (must be 27+) is set for Sunday, March 9th, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Heritage High School in Wake Forest. This workout is for new players only. If you have been recruited by a team, you do not need to attend workouts. You can expect some light baseball activities, including: ✅ Batting practice ✅ Infield/outfield drills ✅ A few throws off the mound (for pitchers) The workout should last 1-2 hours, depending on the number of attendees. Several of our teams are looking to add players to their rosters, and their representatives will be on hand. After the workout, you’ll receive an email or text from the league to see if you’d like to move forward with us for the 2025 season. If so, your name will be entered into our draft pool, and teams will draft players based on their record in 2024. If more players show up than available spots, we may expand by adding an 12th team at the start or mid-season, depending on roster size.
