I do like Scrambles after all… and what’s better than one scrambles..? Two Scrambles!
Two Scrambles comps at the Same time different tunnel. One at iFly Manchester run by Chris Massy (@Merry Chris Mas - https://www.facebook.com/massey40 )
And one at iFly Basingstoke run by Mikey.
Who will win? These are the competition categories:
North vs South - Best average of all North Teams vs all South Teams.
Team overall ranking.
Team Ranking within your region.
Best Team name.

FS SCRAMBLES - Max 9 teams 19.30-23.00 (Arrive by 18.30 for the Draw) - £75 for 20 minutes
The plan:
4-way Northern teams (iFly Manchester) competing against 4-way Southern teams (iFly Basingstoke).
All teams presented with 8 x different dives before their first session.
2 x 10 minute session per team (20 mins flying per person/team total).
1st 10 minute session (6 x 1 min 40s) is the usual practice. Choose any of the 8 dives to rehearse.
The selected "Competition Dives" (which will be 6 from the pool of 8 will be revealed after the 1st session giving all teams 1 hour to prep for the comp.
2nd 10 minute session (6 x 1 min 40s) will be the scored competition.
Scoring will be done live through the glass, by Kate / Cath (North) and Mikey (South).
Teams will be put together by Kate (North) and Mikey (South) balancing experience level across all teams.
As usual this will be a fun competition with everyone supporting each other, having fun and with a healthy amount of competition. We're expecting this event to be sold out quickly, so please book now to avoid disappointment.

Alongside the North v South Scrambles we'll have the usual Freefly groups, Tim Gaines VFS/Flips n sh$t and coaching with JST Jimmy McCarthy:
FREEFLY shared time - £72.50 for 20 minutes sharing in groups of 4. There will be head up and head down groups.
VFS and/or Dynamic, intermediate and ninja depending on demand.
TIM GAINES is available to run high end freefly groups. So depending on who's keen we could have a 4way VFS group and a 6way flips and shiz group. Either way there will be some top notch upside down flying!! (4way groups £92.50)
TIMINGS: TBC based on how many FF and FS groups. Group flying will be 19.00-23.00
Coaching available all day and early evening with Jimmy McCarthy - £14 per min (£13 if you book 30mins+).

If you need to drop out after you've booked onto an event you will need to find someone to replace you... we will do our best to help fill your slot (and we usually have reserves waiting). Unfortunately if we cannot fill your slot by the date then we cannot promise a refund because we'll have already paid for the time and booked coaches.

(for anyone flying above basic solo belly stuff it is now compulsory according to iFly to have the appropriate 'Skills' signed off by an instructor on your IBA account and that costs £16 per year to maintain).
If you are new to Indoor Skydiving (even if you have lots of Skydiving experience) it is important that you're current and and signed off for what you’re planning to fly in the tunnel. If you need to brush up on your skills we have time slots of any length available earlier in the day to get you ready for the evening with IBA Level 4 Instructor/Coaches. You may be able to turn 5 points a second or dock on a head down formation in the sky but there are other risks in tunnel flying that need to be taken seriously.. lets be cool and stay safe 😜
