🌴 Join Brisbane Working Holiday Girls for an ACTION-PACKED adventure to North Stradbroke Island! 🌊🐬
Get ready for a fun-filled day of exploring, wildlife spotting, stunning beaches, and making new friends in a small group of just 11 girls!
North Stradbroke Island (or “Straddie” to the locals) is a paradise just off the coast of Brisbane, home to breathtaking coastal views, crystal-clear waters, and incredible Aussie wildlife like dolphins, turtles, and even wild koalas! 🐢🐨😍
Our North Stadbroke Island Adventure Includes:
- Point Lookout Gorge Walk: Embark on a scenic journey through breathtaking ocean views and rugged cliffs. Keep an eye out for dolphins, turtles, and maybe even whales, alongside friendly local wallabies.
- Lunch at Amity Point Lookout - BYO Picnic or there are a few local cafes & icecream shops on the island!
- Beach Free Time: Spend 1.5 hours at one of Straddie’s finest beaches. Swim, join a beach game, or just soak up the sun. We provide all the equipment you need for fun—balls, rackets, and Frisbees
- Sunset on the Beach: Conclude our day with a complimentary soft drink on the beach, admiring a stunning sunset.
- Transportation Included: Enjoy the convenience of round-trip transportation, including the ferry crossing, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the scenery.
- Guided Trip by Stradbroke Island Tours
- A BWHG Host on the trip to help you make friends and get lots of pictures!
- Groupchat for pre/post trip friendmaking
The details:
📍 Where? We are meeting at 8.30am at Brisbane Quarters Hostel - 413 Upper Edward St, Spring Hill💰
How much? All of this for just $150+ Booking Fee (To save on the booking fee, DM us on Instagram @brisbaneworkingholidaygirls for direct transfer)
📱 Will there be a group chat? Yes! An Instagram group will be created 48 hours before the trip. Make sure to add your Insta handle when booking!
👟 What should I wear? It’s an active day! Wear comfy clothes (sportswear or shorts), and bring your bikini if you want to swim! ☀️
☔ What if the weather is bad? The trip will still go ahead with some adjustments to make sure it’s still an amazing day!
- 25% Cancellation Fee up to 72 hours prior to the trip
- No refunds within 72 hours, however you can transfer your ticket and let us know a change of name
- You cannot transfer your ticket to another similar daytrip organised by Working Holiday Girls.
- This trip is exclusively for the Brisbane Working Holiday Girls community, ages 18-35.
- Photos/Videos will be taken on the day for promotional use. Please inform your host on the day if you wish not to be photographed.
- You must arrive by 8.30 am as unfortunately the bus cannot wait if you are late.
- The Itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions! We will make changes to make sure you have the best day possible sunshine or rain!
