Join us for the North Providence Tree Canopy Open House on January 28 at the Overlook at Meehan. The Green Infrastructure Center is partnering with the Town of North Providence to host a public Open House to discuss opportunities and challenges to growing the Town's tree cover. Attendees will select their favorite strategies to optimize the potential for trees to reduce urban heat, manage flooding, and improve community health. Anyone who lives or works in North Providence is invited. Registration is encouraged, but not required. Pop by any time between 5:30 to 7:00 PM to learn and share your thoughts!
