A series of presentations discussing the future of hybrid working, and the impact AI may have on the employment lifecycle, and development.
About this Event

Has your business created a hybrid harmony or have you over flexed?

Hybrid working has altered the established expectations about how and where people work. The impact of covid disrupted it even further, it has since become a permanent fixture for many organisations, offering a blend of remote collaboration and time on premises. But what approach provides for optimum performance and job satisfaction?

Join us for an inspiring and practical exploration of the world of hybrid work, and how AI is already impacting the employment lifecycle: from recruiting to learning and development.

We are priviledged to have Emma Plachciak from Puzzle HR, Charlotte Dean from P3 People Managing Ltd, and Dr Adrian Wright, Director of the Institute for Research into Work, Organisations and Employment at UCLAN who all are presenting their thoughts on the future landscape.

Finally, we will end with a Q&A session where you will have an opportunity to direct your questions to our presenters.
