The next North Devon and Torridge Climate Forum will be held at Barnstaple Library in Room 3b on Saturday 15th November, 10.45 to 13.00 (please note the earlier start time). Doors open at 10.30The subject will be:
The Effect of Water Quality on Biodiversity
There will be speakers from the Environment Agency, the West Country Rivers Trust and the Taw and Torridge River Champions.
In addition to looking at the damaging effects of poor water quality on the ecology there will be the opportunity to explore citizen science monitoring projects and how you can become involved. As always, we expect an interesting and stimulating discussion to follow the presentations.
