North Cumbria Children and Young People Link Worker Community of Practice

This event will bring together link workers from all sectors in North Cumbria who are working with children, families or young people.

This might include social prescribers, CYP health coaches, young carers support workers, family support workers, youth workers and anyone else who helps children, families or young people access community support and activities.

If successful this will be the first of many such CYP community of practice events, designed to strengthen emerging practice around social prescribing/link working, develop a collective voice and share experiences and challenges.
