About this Event
The focus of this session is to share information and investigate opportunities for joint working.
Our vision - Every neighbourhood in Rotherham to be a thriving neighbourhood, where people are able to work together to achieve a good quality of life.’; ‘Ensuring communities are at the heart of everything we do to make people feel happy, safe and proud.’
The Council recognises the important part that our volunteer, community, and social enterprise sector plays in achieving this vision and wants to support resilient and sustainable community led initiatives.
In addition to Voluntary, community and social enterprises local Health Services will be in attendance and sharing information.
We would now like to invite interested organisations to attend our next Connect North event.
At this event you can:
- Promote your organisation.
- Listen to presentations from Health Partners and Community Groups.
- Make contacts and build links with voluntary and community sector organisations and Health Services.
- Meet staff from RMBC, NHS and partner organisations
- Take part in table discussions. There will be the opportunity to get involved in themed discussions and to share good practice. Themes will focus on: What is Neighbourhood Health and local gaps and challenges.
- Share your thoughts on future events and ways in which we can further support you to support your service users.
